1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sovereign Futures Group LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of insightsalesmethod.com and all associated services, training programmes, community memberships, coaching, and consulting engagements offered under the INSIGHT Sales Method brand.

By accessing our website or purchasing any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and accept these Terms in full. If you are accessing services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.

2. Services

We offer the following services, subject to availability and separate purchase agreements:

• Free training content — video training and written resources available on the website at no charge.
• Digital resources — downloadable guides, frameworks, and tools delivered via email or resource pages.
• Community membership — access to a private community platform (Skool) at a recurring subscription fee, providing peer interaction, training content, and coaching calls.
• Revenue Audit — a structured diagnostic engagement assessing your sales process, positioning, and revenue opportunities, delivered as a written report and/or presentation.
• INSIGHT System Build — a done-with-you consulting engagement to implement the INSIGHT Sales Method within your business, including process design, coaching, and implementation support.
• Standalone coaching — one-to-one coaching sessions focused on sales strategy, positioning, and execution.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for paid engagements are set out in a separate proposal, statement of work, or order confirmation provided to you prior to purchase.

3. Accounts and Access

Some services require you to create an account or accept membership through a third-party platform (e.g. Skool). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@insightsalesmethod.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account that violates these Terms or engages in conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the community or our business.

4. Payment

Fees for services are stated at the time of purchase or in your service agreement. All prices are in United States Dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due as specified in your order or agreement. We use Stripe to process card transactions securely. By providing your payment details you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

For subscription services, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the stated interval. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. For existing subscription members, price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice before taking effect.

5. Refund Policy

Digital resources and training content: Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, all sales are final. No refunds are issued for downloadable resources or access to training pages once delivered.

Community membership: You may cancel your membership at any time. Refunds are not issued for the current billing period; access continues until the end of the period for which you have paid.

Consulting and coaching engagements: Refund terms for paid engagements are set out in the applicable service agreement. Where no specific terms are stated, any request for refund must be made in writing within 7 days of the engagement start date and before delivery of any substantive work product.

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at hello@insightsalesmethod.com within 14 days of the charge.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and delivered through our services — including the INSIGHT Sales Method framework, training materials, worksheets, scripts, frameworks, articles, videos, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of Sovereign Futures Group LLC and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use content solely for your own internal business purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without written permission.
• Use our frameworks, methodologies, or training materials to create competing products or services.
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices.
• Share account credentials or provide access to our paid content to unauthorised third parties.

7. Results Disclaimer

We make no guarantee of specific results from using our services. Revenue outcomes, sales performance improvements, and business results depend on many factors outside our control, including your industry, market conditions, implementation effort, and individual skill. Any testimonials, case studies, or examples on our website represent specific outcomes for specific clients and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same results.

Our services provide frameworks, strategies, and coaching. The application and results of that guidance remain your responsibility.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the rights of any third party.
• Transmit spam, harmful code, or unsolicited communications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or any connected systems.
• Engage in conduct that is harassing, abusive, or disruptive to other community members.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website by automated means without written permission.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party tools (including booking, email, payment, and analytics services). These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith by contacting us at hello@insightsalesmethod.com.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email with at least 14 days' notice.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable service agreement or order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sovereign Futures Group LLC with respect to your use of our services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or communications on that subject.
