The process you should have had before your first sales hire. Documented, repeatable, and teachable. Every stage from initial contact through to close, with the specific language, qualification criteria, and decision points for your market.

Custom INSIGHT conversation framework

The seven-stage diagnostic framework adapted to your buyers, with diagnostic questions, transitions, and language designed for how your specific prospects think, object, and decide.

Lead capture and nurture infrastructure

Lead magnet delivery, email sequences written by AJ in your voice, and a nurture system that moves cold prospects from "interesting" to "booked." Integrated with your CRM from day one.

Proposal and follow-up systems

Proposal templates that carry the diagnostic work forward instead of killing it. Follow-up sequences that keep deals alive through 60-120 day sales cycles without feeling like chasing.

Three months of bi-weekly coaching

Operational coaching calls every two weeks, plus recorded call reviews with timestamped feedback tied to the INSIGHT framework. You build the skill while the system gets built around you.

How it works

Step 1: Revenue Audit

Before anything gets built, we diagnose the gap. What's working, what's broken, what's missing. The audit maps your current pipeline and identifies the highest-leverage build priorities. The full audit fee is credited toward the System Build.

Step 2: The Build (90 days)

We build the system together. AJ writes the sequences and the playbook. You provide the raw material: your thinking, your stories, your positioning. Expect 3-5 hours per week of your time during the build.

Step 3: Retain (optional)

When the build is complete, stay in the ecosystem: two coaching calls per month, plus asynchronous call review against the INSIGHT framework. A structured report on what landed, what didn't, and what to adjust next time.
